Second Bhaktapur Cultural, Trade and Fagu Purne (Holi) Festival is said to be held on the auspicious occasion of Fagu Purne (Holi) with the slogan "Dignity, Culture and Prosperity of Sports is the Identity of Bhaktapur" from 31st March to 7th April .
