LUNAR CLANDER (FORTNIGHTS)

The light or waxing fortnight (Thwa ) of the lunar month (La ) of Kacha, which is preceded by Kachalalaga, the dark fortnight (Ga ) of the month of Kacha, is the first lunar fortnight of the lunar year, Kachalathwa.
